Our new food and beverage menus just dropped and they are both full of items perfect for the winter season!
Chef Eduardo has created a delicious new small plates menu that’s perfect for sharing with your crew on our heated patio. Try the Filet Mignon Bites (topped with caramelized onions, red wine demi-glace, and blue cheese crumbles); Fiesta Shrimp & Chorizo Skewers with tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, and cilantro; Pastrami Smoked Salmon Display, a delicious brunch-esque board comprised of toasted baguette, mascarpone, capers, red onions, cornichons, and egg crumbles; Spicy Meatballs in a honey sriracha BBQ sauce with scallions; and Charred Buffalo Cauliflower with blue cheese crumbles. Yum!
Our new cocktail menu pairs perfectly with these dishes! Keep warm with a Hotty Toddy (made with Elijah Craig Bourbon, Domaine De Canton, apple butter, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon); channel summer with a Blood Orange Spritz made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, triple sec, blood orange juice, and Sierra Mist; or sip on a draft cocktail (Sultry Lemonade or Caribbean Mocha Jolt).
